All products are generally available within 48 hours from receipt of order. This allows for full testing on the designated platform and operating system before shipment. For subsystems the availability is usually one working week as these have to be integrated using various components then tested on the designated platform and operating system before shipment. All warranties are handled by MW Consultancy for the duration of the manufacturers specified warranty period. Verbal orders are accepted providing they include order numbers. These must be confirmed within 24 hours by e-mail, FAX or letter. Our standard shipment charge for pre midday delivery the following day, within the mainland UK is £10. For large volumetric or heavy shipments or for timed deliveries, then this will increase.
